Tixbe operates as an independent concierge and is not affiliated with venues, sports organizers, artists, festivals, or league offices. For customers, that means more category options, broader inventory across price tiers, and pricing that reflects real market conditions rather than one seller's allocation.
Verified ticket inventory
Every order goes through a verification step before release. The concierge team confirms the ticket category, section, and availability with our supply partners before charging the customer. Orders that cannot be verified are cancelled and refunded; we do not list speculative inventory or unconfirmed allocations. This pre-confirmation step is the basis for the authenticity guarantee described below.
Mobile-first delivery
Tickets are delivered as mobile tickets via a ticketing app. In rare cases, tickets may be provided as a PDF. Whichever format applies for a given event, the customer is notified before checkout, and delivery follows the same timing rules — no surprise format swaps after payment.
How we source tickets
Tixbe sources tickets through a network of vetted ticketing partners rather than holding a single allocation from one organizer. This sourcing model is the operational basis for the independence and inventory variety described above.
Partner ticket networks
The partner network combines licensed ticket marketplaces, established resellers with venue agreements, and direct supply channels for select tournaments. Each partner is reviewed for delivery reliability and refund handling before being added. Partners that fail to meet timing or authenticity standards are removed from rotation. Customers see a single Tixbe checkout experience regardless of which partner sourced the inventory for a given event.
Category breakdown and market-based pricing
For every event, the available seating is grouped into clear categories based on the venue map — for example general admission, lower tier, VIP, and hospitality where the venue offers it. Prices are quoted in real time from the partner pool and reflect current market demand. Prices may exceed face value during peak demand windows, as disclosed in our footer, and may decrease as the event approaches.
Customer guarantees and service standards
Every Tixbe order comes with a documented set of guarantees covering authenticity, delivery timing, and support response. These guarantees apply to individual customers and corporate clients on the same terms.
Authenticity guarantee
If a ticket fails to scan at venue entry due to an authenticity or sourcing issue on our side, Tixbe issues a full refund and assists the customer with on-site escalation where possible. The authenticity guarantee covers the ticket itself; it does not cover personal entry refusal, event cancellation by the organizer, or ID-mismatch issues unrelated to the ticket.
Delivery timing
Tickets are delivered no later than 2 days before the event date. This window applies to mobile and PDF tickets equally, and accounts for partner channels that release inventory close to the event. Customers receive a delivery confirmation with the ticket file or transfer link, and the concierge team monitors delivery completion.
Support response time
The concierge team operates around the clock and processes most requests within one business day. Urgent requests within 48 hours of an event date are prioritized and routed to the on-call concierge agent.
