The Concerts catalog spans three distinct event types across the live-music umbrella:

• Tours — multi-city series by a single artist or band, where the same production travels from venue to venue. Inventory is added per-stop as each leg goes on sale; popular tours move quickly, especially in the spring and end-of-year peak.
• Single concerts — one-off performances tied to a specific date and venue, including residencies, gala shows, and exclusive intimate sets. These events often surface on shorter notice as inventory becomes available.
• Festival passes — multi-day festival passes and single-day tickets where the organizer permits resale, alongside add-ons such as camping or weekend bundles where applicable.

The umbrella covers diverse styles and traditions: pop concerts and rock tours, electronic and dance festivals, classical performances, hip-hop tours, K-pop tours, jazz nights, and crossover collaborations. For some major tours mobile tickets are released by the organizer only days before the show; in those cases delivery is timed to the organizer's release window and always lands before doors open.

All sales are final. Refunds are issued only when an event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled; if a concert is postponed to a new date, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled performance. Transfer rules vary by ticketing platform — many support direct in-app transfers, while some require coordination through the concierge team.
