Live Music Across Multiple Cities
The Concerts catalog covers live-music events spanning multiple destinations under a single concierge marketplace. Browse tours, single concerts, and festival passes from one place — instead of bouncing between separate ticketing platforms for each tour, label, or local promoter. The catalog updates as inventory clears the partner network, so the events you see are the ones with confirmed seats available for secure checkout.
Selecting a city through the city picker filters this catalog automatically — the listings refresh to show only the concerts scheduled in your chosen destination. Switch cities at any time without losing your session, and the same Concerts page rebuilds the catalog around the new selection.
Tours, Single Concerts, and Festival Passes
The Concerts catalog spans three distinct event types across the live-music umbrella:
- Tours — multi-city series by a single artist or band, where the same production travels from venue to venue. Inventory is added per-stop as each leg goes on sale; popular tours move quickly, especially in the spring and end-of-year peak.
- Single concerts — one-off performances tied to a specific date and venue, including residencies, gala shows, and exclusive intimate sets. These events often surface on shorter notice as inventory becomes available.
- Festival passes — multi-day festival passes and single-day tickets where the organizer permits resale, alongside add-ons such as camping or weekend bundles where applicable.
The umbrella covers diverse styles and traditions: pop concerts and rock tours, electronic and dance festivals, classical performances, hip-hop tours, K-pop tours, jazz nights, and crossover collaborations. Tixbe lists what verified partners release into the catalog, so genre coverage in any given city reflects what is currently on sale.
The Live Concert Experience
Recordings can capture a setlist, but they cannot capture the room. A live concert turns a familiar album into a shared moment — the rhythm of a packed floor, the lighting cues that snap into place at a song's chorus, the unscripted moments that exist only on a single night in a single venue. Some tours run for years and never repeat the same staging in two cities; some concerts happen exactly once and are never staged again.
Premium seating tiers exist for a reason: front-of-stage proximity, sight-lines from the lower bowl, and reserved positions away from the queues all change what the night feels like. The Concerts catalog surfaces the categories that have inventory on the day you are looking, so the experience you book matches the night you want to remember.
Pricing, Inventory, and Mobile Delivery
Tixbe operates as a secondary-market concierge: tickets are sourced through verified partners rather than directly from box offices. Availability and pricing reflect what sellers release into the partner network — prices may sit above or below the original face value set by the organizer, and the displayed price is the final per-seat price you see at checkout.
Tickets are delivered no later than 2 days before the event date. Tickets are delivered as mobile tickets via a ticketing app. In rare cases, tickets may be provided as a PDF. For some major tours mobile tickets are released by the organizer only days before the show; in those cases delivery is timed to the organizer's release window and always lands before doors open.
Refunds, Transfers, and Concierge Support
All sales are final. Refunds are issued only when an event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled; if a concert is postponed to a new date, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled performance. Transfer rules vary by ticketing platform — many support direct in-app transfers, while some require coordination through the concierge team.
If you need help coordinating multi-city bookings, matching seating categories across venues, or arranging transfers, reach out to the concierge before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with your bank. See the FAQ for full delivery, refund, and transfer policy details.
