How does the city picker work, and can I browse events without selecting a city?
The city picker scopes the catalog to a single destination so you only see events scheduled where you actually plan to attend. Open the picker from the top of any page and choose a destination; the Concerts, Sports, and Venues catalogs refresh automatically. Switching destinations does not lose your session, and you can return to a city-agnostic view at any time. The same SEO content is rendered for every destination — only the event list changes.
Who operates Tixbe? Are you connected to venues, leagues, or organizers?
Independent ticket concierge service for Tixbe. Operated by {legal_name}. Tixbe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any venue, league, federation, sports club, artist, record label, management company, or event promoter. Tickets are sourced through a global network of verified secondary-market partners, and all trademarks and brand names appearing on the site are used solely for identification purposes.
Can I purchase tickets for events in multiple cities in one session?
Yes. Each event is processed as its own order, but you can place separate bookings for any combination of destinations and event categories without creating multiple accounts. How are tickets delivered for international events across destinations?
Tickets are delivered no later than 2 days before the event date. Tickets are delivered as mobile tickets via a ticketing app. In rare cases, tickets may be provided as a PDF. You will receive a delivery confirmation and instructions at the email address provided during checkout. For major events where mobile tickets are released by the organizer only shortly before the event, delivery follows the organizer's release schedule and always lands before doors open.
Why do prices differ from face value, and what currencies are supported?
Tixbe operates on the secondary market: tickets are sourced through verified partners rather than directly from the box office, which means prices may be above or below the original face value set by the organizer. The displayed price is the final per-seat price before service fees and taxes (where applicable) and is confirmed at checkout. Currency is set per region, and the currency you see may differ depending on the destination of the event and your selected display preferences.
What is the refund policy if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued. If the event is postponed or moved to a new date, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled performance and refunds are not provided. If you cannot attend a rescheduled date, contact support@tixbe.com to discuss options before initiating any chargeback with your bank.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
In most cases, yes. Transfer procedures depend on the ticketing platform used by the venue or organizer. Some platforms support direct in-app transfers, while others may require coordination through the support team. Reach out to support@tixbe.com for guidance on transferring tickets for your specific event.
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
All sales are final. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on timing and circumstances; refunds are not guaranteed for cancellation requests. If you need to discuss a cancellation, contact support@tixbe.com as early as possible after the purchase.

Most venues prohibit large bags, professional cameras with detachable lenses, outside food and drink, recording equipment, laser pointers, and pyrotechnics. The exact list is set by each venue and event organizer; review the official venue guidelines before travelling.
